Generalist Designer

What we expect:

• At least 6 years of experience in design work with processes, products, and digital services for businesses and commercial clients.
• Deep knowledge of business and the needs of large organizations – understanding business processes, digital transformation strategies, and enterprise challenges in the context of AI solution implementation.
• Strong familiarity with the design process, including the ability to design and facilitate workshops for users and business stakeholders.
• Experience and ease in mapping, analyzing, and designing digital business processes.
• Active and effective use of AI tools to gain insights into usage contexts, analyze user data, and optimize design processes.
• Skills in using AI functions and „vibecoding” to create highly complex concepts and prototypes.
• Knowledge of designing for the Microsoft platform and designing AI agents and assistants.
• Experience in close collaboration with Data Scientists and AI Developers – ability to communicate technical aspects, understand technological constraints, and leverage ML/AI capabilities.
• High independence in managing projects from concept to implementation, along with openness to design innovations and modern work methods.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English at a C1 level – the role involves presenting to C-level executives and collaborating with international technical teams.
