We are a dynamic Business Design agency, boosting digital products, systems and services for clients in Poland and abroad. With a team of 50 creative professionals dedicated to providing top-notch advisory, we are expanding our client base and seeking an experienced Head of Business Growth to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, energetic, and possess an understanding of consulting, design, new technologies and digital business areas. We are looking for a motivated leader, ready to take on challenges, expand into new markets, and build long-lasting client relationships. 

 

What will be the responsibilities of the Head of Sales? 

  • Acquiring new clients – actively seeking and establishing connections and building trust and credibility with potential clients in Poland and internationally.  
  • Managing the sales team and proposal teams efforts – motivating, supervising, and supporting them to achieve goals.  
  • Coordinating the sales process – strategizing sales approaches, leading negotiations, and executing projects with our experts.  
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships – ensuring high-quality service delivery and providing valuable solutions tailored to each client’s needs.  
  • Monitoring the market – staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure competitiveness and innovative solutions.  

  

Required Experience and Skills:  

  • Proven experience in selling advisory services related to business design, preferably in a digital agency or consulting firm.  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, cooperate with experts and develop effective sales strategies.  
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building positive business relationships.  
  • Knowledge of the business design and digital solutions industry (digital transforation, new technologies, user experience, UX / UI design)  
  • Understanding clients’ needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.  
  • Proactive approach, team player, and ability to work independently.  
  • Proficiency in English, enabling smooth communication with international clients.
