EDISONDA is a Krakow-based design and research studio operating since 2009. Our team of nearly 50 people deals with user experience of applications, services, and large systems in Poland, the UK, Norway, Germany, France, and the US. We focus on a holistic approach and user-centered design (UCD) techniques.

As an International Marketing Manager your role will revolve around developing and running strategies and tactics to boost the company’s recognition, reputation and drive qualified traffic in several European markets.

You will report to Head of Growth and focus on activities aimed at reaching out to our potential clients – professionals who might be interested in engaging EDISONDA in their projects. We expect your suport in the following areas: 

  • Marketing strategy (co-creating and shaping the goals and initiatives).
  • Lead generation (managing outbound and inbound tools, including English version of the website)
  • Event management (planning and executing webinars/meetings and arranging our relevant presence during international conferences and fairs)
  • Content creation management (creating best practice and supervising the process)
  • Publication management (managing content calendar and taking care of whole process of content creation and publication)  
As part of daily work you will:
  • Coordinate agencies and specialists supporting our international campaigns
  • Propose ideas for events and activities that might attract attention of our potential clients
  • Make sure that we create engaging content
  • Manage the English content on our website
  • Prepare International newsletter
  • Take care of our portfolio and professional profiles (Clutch, Behance, Twitter etc.)
  • Track the KPIs (contacts, followers, leads) and adjust activities to systematically drive growth

What we expect from International Marketing Manager?

  • at least 5 years of documented experience as an independent marketing expert (professional services experience would be huge advantage),
  • you need to understand what design and user experience are (graduation from UX design studies or courses will be appreciated),
  • understanding the B2B market of professional services,
  • good understanding of different analytics and marketing data supported by practical knowledge and verified experience in delivering measurable results,
  • awareness of modern trends and automation tools,
  • being a well-organized person with a passion for structuring and ensuring transparency,
  • good command of business English – at least C1 level.
