Junior / Mid Graphic and Motion Designer, part-time
We are looking for a Graphic and Motion Designer to help us create great visuals, from still images for social media to well-executed videos that promote us and what we have to offer.

Our focus has always been on creativity and fresh ideas. We want you to guide us through the world of filming, editing, developing creative concepts or great looking reports.
From us, you can expect full commitment, lots of ideas, experts who are not afraid to speak on camera, and millions of letters of insightful analysis in the reports.
Due to the visual nature of your work, we would like you to spend at least one day in a week in our Kraków office. We are open to working remotely in all other aspects of our work.
Join us to produce and shape media that engages our audience. Ideal candidates are:
- Skilled in social media graphics (you will be supported by our design team).
- Proficient with top video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
- Capable of crafting engaging video content for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Updated on video production trends and able to apply them creatively.
- Knowledgeable in colour grading basics.
- Independent yet collaborative in developing video concepts.
- Innovative and creative in video production or graphic design.
- Eager to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI tools. No professional experience needed, but show us your projects. Bring passion, creativity, and a willingness to grow
As part of daily work, you will create:
- videos case studies (from script, through recording, to final montage),
- videos promoting our offer and our events (like Trajektorie),
- formats for our social media channels (graphics, sliders etc),
- our knowledge-sharing reports (like Rocket Ideas),
- mailings and internal communication formats,
- campaigns (banners etc),
- schematics and graphics for our publications,
- visually attractive sales materials.
